IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.
Per state law, individual donations are limited to $1,500, and couple donations are limited to $3,000 for each election cycle. This means an individual may donate $1,500 for the Republican primary race and $1,500 for the general election for a total of $3,000. For a couple, they can donate $3,000 for the Republican primary race and $3,000 for the general election for a total of $6,000.
Contributions to the Citizens to Elect Robin Smith campaign are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are made for the primary election unless otherwise noted by donor. If a contribution exceeds the limit allowed for the primary election, the campaign will apply any excess contribution to the general election.
By making this online donation, I acknowledge the following: I am at least 18 years old; this contribution is being made from my own funds and not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution; and I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e. green card holder). In addition, any contributions made to the Citizens to Elect Robin Smith campaign while the General Assembly remains in session can only be made by individuals residing in Hamilton County who are not a lobbyist, an employer of a lobbyist or a member of the general assembly and related campaign committee of such.
